1. The Service
FairwayIndex provides golf handicap calculation and score-tracking tools for recreational golfers. Calculators are provided for informational purposes and follow the USGA World Handicap System formulas as published; they are not an official handicap authority.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans (Pro, Club) are billed through CREEM, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you agree to CREEM's payment terms. Subscription prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for new subscribers; existing subscriptions continue at their current price until renewal.
- Refunds — refund requests are handled by CREEM as Merchant of Record. Contact CREEM support for billing disputes.
- Cancellation — you can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. The service is for tracking golf scores and handicap information only.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Handicap calculations are estimates based on the data you provide; official handicaps must come from your national golf association. We are not liable for decisions made based on calculator results.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
